Simple Woman's Day Book

::The Simple Woman's...Daybook::

~FOR TODAY~

Outside My Window...
it is quiet and dark as I am typing this.
I am thinking...
whether or not to purchase a new dress tomorrow.  I am in need of a few new dresses for this summer, looking for sun dresses.  So comfy!!  But don't want to break the bank.  Having to gradually replace my wardrobe as I lost so much weight the clothes are falling off me as I walk.

I am thankful for...
my hubby.  He is really trying to help out even though he just had carpal tunnel surgery Friday.  He's still hurting, but getting better.
From the learning rooms...
Some testing, geography, math...the norm
From the kitchen...
just my Pepsi..something I just can't seem to give up.
I am wearing...
PJs...dug through and found some items that aren't too big.

I am creating...
plans for the rearranging of our home and where to plant our veggie plants to get the best yield
I am going...
to be a Volunteer at the Scholastic Warehouse Book Sale this coming Tuesday.  First time done this.  Excited to be working for free books...who doesn't like Free Books!
I am reading...
Quirky Kids and also The Explosive Child

On my mind...
how to get so many things done this week and still sleep
Around the house...
just busy with activities and the excitement of Spring
One of my favorite things...
when the whole house is quiet and everyone is getting along
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week:
dentist appointments for both girls, soccer practice, painting and garage sale pricing
Small window into my life...

  1. Hi! I've been checking out your blog. You have a nice space here! I saw your comment on my blog, and I just wanted to tell you that Dr. Holinga is wonderful! Sitting to talk to her is like having a chat w/an old friend. She's super encouraging, and we all know that we need that! If you decide to see her, I hope that your experience is as great as ours has been! We've been going to her for our assessment for four years.
