The Random Week with A Lot of Food Pictures....Fall is almost here!!!

Fall is almost here and I could not wait any longer.  I actually had a Saturday without a ton of other things to do.  So I dug out my fall decorations and got them put up.

I also decided to try eating vegan again.  This was a bean stirfry with salad.  I used cauliflower hash to make this creation.

I found Ortega cauliflower/corn hard shells.  They are the BEST!!  Ok..I think they are the best.  This is a bean/mushroom "meat" mixture.  Tasted yummy to me.

Caty has been taking a cosplay makeup class on Outschool all summer.  She loves it.  She's creating her own Ice Queen costume.  This is her crown she is making.  It's made of hot glue!!!

My dad made stuffed french toast rolls.  Caty really liked them.  So we did some adjusting and tried using the Pepperidge Farm bread and stuffed the french toast rolls with cream cheese and pumpkin mixture.  These were a hit!!

I found some new "school" board games on Amazon.  The girls really like this one.  It will be a keeper to go with our World Geography.

In Science this week, Lydia made homemade marshmallows.  This was cool for her to do.  She has shied away from cooking the last couple of years.  I'm encouraging her to get back into it.  She was happy with her outcome.  She'll be making more for campfires this fall.

This is my planning page.  We have 4 group subjects.  Computer, Science, History, and Geography.  I have lesson plans for each subject that were provided.  But I am not strictly following them.  I keep track on Monday each week what we are accomplishing, and should accomplish.  This gives me a little more freedom to make adjustments as they want to watch a video about something new, instead of what I had down.  What do you do for tracking?
