Growing Vegetable Soup

As many of our readers know, Caty is our only child who goes to a "school".  She attends a local preschool that offers children with delays therapy.  She goes two days a week.  They started bringing home library books, and this week it was Lois Ehlert--Growing Vegetable Soup.

I took Miss Caty to the store and she used the book to pick out all the veggies we needed.  She helped by opening packages and putting the cut veggies in the kettle.

 She was excited...and always poses for the camera...lol!
